Yes. ChargeMate has a standalone mode where you manually enter dispute details and upload supporting documents (screenshots, invoices, PDFs). The AI generates a complete response without any payment processor integration.

Which payment networks are supported?

ChargeMate supports all major card networks: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The AI response is tailored to the specific reason code of each network.

How does AI generate the response?

We use Claude (by Anthropic) to analyze your dispute details and uploaded evidence. The AI is prompted with the specific reason code, your business context, and any uploaded documents — then drafts a professional, network-ready response following Visa/Mastercard best practices.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — meaning you can only access your own cases. Files are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never share your dispute data with third parties.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. The Free plan is always available with no credit card required.
